Scalable Risk Quantification via Dynamic Bayesian Network Optimization in Agile Software Development
**Abstract:** Agile software development projects are inherently complex and subject to rapid change, making accurate risk quantification a significant challenge. This paper proposes a novel approach, Dynamic Bayesian Network Optimization (DBNO), leveraging a multi-modal data ingestion layer combined with iterative Bayesian network refinement to provide a more accurate and scalable risk assessment framework for agile environments. DBNO dynamically adapts to project evolution, integrating real-time data from multiple sources to improve prediction accuracy and enable proactive risk mitigation strategies. We demonstrate the feasibility and potential of DBNO through experimental simulations and evaluate its performance against traditional risk quantification methods. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
