In line with the state’s trend towards administrative reform and the sustainable development plan “Egypt Vision 2030”, it was necessary to apply the rules of government excellence to the judiciary to achieve complete justice, through the use of modern technological means, the most prominent of which are remote sensing technology and geographic information systems. It provides the possibility of integrating court websites with all types of descriptive information associated with them, in addition to its contribution to understanding the patterns, relationships and geographical context of the courts, which highlights its importance in logistical support for the courts in proportion to the pressure and intensity of work in each court, which increases the efficiency of planning and support. Decision maker in the process of managing the Egyptian court system. Given the importance of these technologies, the work team used them to create a geographic information system for the Egyptian courts. To do this, a geographic database rich in information was built for the Egyptian courts, through which the relationship between the number of courts and their distributions in each governorate was clearly and easily analyzed, and the data became organized and easy to use for analysis. Using spatial statistical analysis tools, to study the adequacy of the courts and judges in light of the population size of the governorates, and to measure the efficiency of choosing the locations of the courts of appeal. The relationship between the courts and the services around them was also explored to evaluate the efficiency of crisis management in the courts. A data analysis model was also built to explain and predict the reasons for the increase in divorce rates - in light of economic, social and environmental reasons - using predictive statistical analysis tools, as an applied model for divorce cases, which can be applied to certain types of crimes to explain the reason for the increase in their rates in light of their geographical context. This enables the decision maker to predict the rates of increase in specific issues and plan to increase the departments responsible for handling them. This is in addition to the use of remote sensing to monitor some of the variables used in the analysis, such as monitoring temperatures, extracting the rate of human comfort, and the rate of vegetation cover, the need to analyze divorce cases - as a case study -, and in following up on the timetable for implementing and building a court. To make the outputs of this project more effective and easier to benefit from, a dashboard and a geographic electronic platform were built to assist the Ministry of Justice in planning, logistical support, and crisis management. Abstract
