Traditional non-Basmati short- and medium-grain aromatic rice landraces of India have gained increasing interest and preference of the consumers for their aroma and soft texture after cooking. The goal of the current study was to assess the nutritional and antioxidant qualities of a few black-husked aromatic rice landraces grown in eastern India.
