Manuscript MEDIATION ANALYSIS.docx
The study investigates the interplay among activity participation (AP), activity appreciation (AA), and learning effectives (LE) as assessed by 252 BSBA-MM students at the University of Antique Main Campus using simple random sampling. The relationship was confirmed using the SmartPLS 4.1.0.8. The result shows that activity participation is significant and positively affecting activity appreciation, while activity appreciation is moderately positive towards learning effectiveness and the indirect effect of activity participation on learning effectiveness is partially mediated. By understanding the interplay among variables, educators and program administrators of BSBA-Marketing Management may design and implement learning activities that effectively engage students and contribute to their overall academic success, which will eventually translate into competent and effective workers, marketers, or entrepreneurs.
