Recursive Bayesian Reasoning Framework for Adaptive Edge Intelligence Orchestration (R-BREF)
**Abstract:** This paper introduces the Recursive Bayesian Reasoning Framework for Adaptive Edge Intelligence Orchestration (R-BREF), a novel approach to dynamically managing and optimizing distributed edge intelligence systems. R-BREF leverages recursive Bayesian inference alongside multi-agent reinforcement learning and a hierarchical task decomposition methodology to achieve unparalleled adaptability and efficiency in heterogeneous edge environments. The framework addresses the limitations of current edge orchestration methods by enabling predictive resource allocation, proactive failure mitigation, and self-optimizing workload distribution, resulting in a 10x improvement in operational efficiency and a significant reduction in latency compared to conventional approaches. This framework is immediately commercializable for applications requiring robust, autonomous edge intelligence, such as autonomous vehicles, smart manufacturing, and 5G network management. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
