Rohling et al PandP second revision_R-codes with input files; and core-top delta18O delta13C data file

There is one R-code file (each uses the same six input .txt files that are given also).The model has 0,1 choice settings in lines 35 and 40 to choose the clumped isotope calibration (line 35) and the ice-sheet aspect ratio (line 40).Other than that, the working directory has to be set in line 24, and the output file name has to be set in line 1789.Graphs are plotted as png files in the working directory.Also included is a 4-sheet excel file with key model outputs, named "Rohling et al -REVISED_Outputs.xlsx". The sheet-names on the tabs indicate for which experiments these selected output values are given. Values are changes relative to present. Note that sea level change relative to the present is given by -1 x (Volume_all).Finally, file "2024-Oct-4 benthic d18O-CO3-pH for Rohling et al P&P.xlsx" contains the core-top benthic stable oxygen isotope data with respect to carbonate ion concentration and pH.
