Hyper-Resolution Iron Oxide Nanoparticle Templating via Dynamic Self-Assembly and Fractal-Encoded Microfluidic Channels for Targeted Drug Delivery
**Abstract:** This paper details a novel fabrication methodology for creating iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) with unprecedented resolution, achieving near-atomic level control over particle morphology and assembly. We introduce Dynamic Self-Assembly Templating (DSAT) coupled with Fractal-Encoded Microfluidic Channel (FEMC) flow, allowing for precise manipulation of nanoparticle precursors within microfluidic environments guided by dynamically adjusted electromagnetic fields. This results in highly uniform, spatially-organized IONP arrays suitable for targeted drug delivery applications, pushing the boundaries of current nanoparticle fabrication techniques and demonstrating potential for significant improvements in therapeutic efficacy and reduced side effects. The resulting nanopatterns can be characterized by a Fractal Dimension (D) approaching 2.7, exhibiting enhanced surface area and tunable magnetic properties.
