To explain this, this research was divided into two axes. In the first axis, we discussed the concept of artificial intelligence and its legal nature. In the second axis, the protection established for artificial intelligence through intellectual property laws. It was then concluded that intellectual property laws do not provide complete and comprehensive protection for artificial intelligence applications by comparing them. With literary and artistic property rights.
