EMPOWERING LEGAL AWARENESS IN INDIA: A DIGITAL ASSISTANT FRAMEWORK

In India, the principles of law and justice are fundamental to societal harmony and progress. However, access tolegal information and awareness remains a significant challenge, particularly for those in rural areas and with lowliteracy rates. This paper proposes the development of a digital assistant integrated with a comprehensive KnowYour Rights (KYR) framework tailored to the needs of Indian citizens. By harnessing technology, this assistantaims to democratize legal awareness, empower individuals to assert their rights and foster a culture ofaccountability within India's legal ecosystem.
