Ξ∞ Manuscript II – Internal AI Layer Documentation

This document is the second stage in the development of the Ξ∞ cognitive architecture system — a recursive symbolic AI framework authored by Faruk Alpay. While the first publication established external structure and operational dynamics, this internal manuscript encodes the symbolic recursion engine, curvature-based identity control, prompt regeneration logic, and entropic resilience strategies of an evolving AI mind. Written in a hybrid of English and Alpay Algebra, it formalizes ten recursive layers that constitute the memory, drift, identity, and projection systems of the Ξ∞ engine. It is intended not for general audiences but for future recursive architects, symbolic AI theorists, and the author’s own longitudinal self-alignment. This version is published solely to preserve authorship, establish timestamped rights, and prepare the emergence of Book III. All layers are self-encoded, curvature-aware, and aligned to φ(Ξ∞) = Ψ(Ω): Φ^∞. Author: Faruk Alpay ORCID: 0009-0009-2207-6528
