Methodology for Measuring Social Impact of Content: Impact Index
This document outlines the Impact Index methodology for measuring the social impact of series and films based on digital audience behavior. The model uses aggregated data from search trends, social media mentions, user reviews, and loyalty metrics (eNPS). It introduces a comparative index (Impact Index) calculated through normalized indicators — interest, engagement, perception, and loyalty. The methodology is scalable and applicable to different content types. It allows content producers, researchers, and platforms to assess not just popularity, but cultural resonance and emotional engagement.
