A Model Unifying Quantum Tunneling and the classical Hodgkin–Huxley

UPDATE: I am working on a v5 with a working program and tuned parameters. Recently, I tested one further and it does not work with the present parameters nor give the results showed. The new one will be tuned to experimental results and also will be able to be duplicated and used for all other HH findings. This paper (with now changed and validated references, previously being incorrect due to a technical error) introduces a novel quantum-classical Hodgkin-Huxley (qHH) model, unifying quantum-scale ion channel dynamics with classical neural network behavior to explain neuronal variability, synchronization, and consciousness. Traditional Hodgkin-Huxley equations, while foundational, fail to account for stochastic subthreshold noise, electromagnetic field feedback, and the observed flexibility of biological systems. By integrating quantum tunneling probabilities, stochastic gating variables, and magnetic field-induced currents, the qHH framework bridges scales from Ångström-scale ion interactions to macroscale brain rhythms.
