Системная коррекция гемодинамических нарушений, индуцированных эндотоксинами: эффективность стратегии 7+1

The study evaluates the effectiveness of the "7+1" strategy in correcting central hemodynamic disorders induced by endotoxemia in critically ill patients. A total of 64 patients were enrolled and divided into experimental and control groups. Key parameters such as cardiac index, lactate levels, C-reactive protein, and urine output were assessed over a 72-hour period. The use of the "7+1" protocol led to earlier hemodynamic stabilization, improved tissue perfusion, and reductions in metabolic and inflammatory markers in the experimental group compared to controls. Within 72 hours, 70% of patients in the experimental group showed cardiovascular improvement, versus 45% in the control group. These results suggest that the "7×1" strategy is an effective clinical approach for early hemodynamic correction in patients with endotoxin-induced dysfunction.
