Cloud Accounting Adoption with Satisfaction as a Moderation in MSMEs in Jakarta
Cloud Accounting, which emerged as a new breakthrough in the world of information technology (IT) that can be combined with cloud technology and is gradually becoming one of the popular breakthroughs in many industries, is considered a lifesaving instrument when it comes to business management. Cloud-based accounting combined with information technology has become a tool to help MSME’S to make business financially organized, maintain time efficiency, be able to operate in the midst of crises that occur, and face other challenges, using the (TOE) model to identify new systems with technological, organizational, and environmental factors that is very important for new systems adoption. This research was conducted to find out whether cloud-based information systems can be a solution for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Jakarta. Quantitative methods were used by collecting data through online questionnaires from 200 MSME respondents in Jakarta, which were then analyzed using PLSSEM. As the result, competitive advantage and compatibility have a significant influence on cloud accounting adoption, while ease of use, perceived risk, and satisfaction do not show a significant direct influence, nor does the moderating effect of satisfaction.
