STATISTICAL EVALUATION OF PERSONALIZED TRAINING IN SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION
This study examines the effects of a personalized training program on the physical performance of seventh grade students, focusing on improvements in endurance and handball-specific skills. Testing was conducted on two groups of 25 students: the control group (VII C) and the experimental group (VII A). The results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group, as supported by statistical analysis using paired sample t-tests and Wilcoxon tests. The training program proved effective in enhancing the physical and athletic abilities of the experimental group.
