Reconstructing the Standard Model via General Coherence Field Theory (GCFT): Particles as Phase Structures in a Unified Coherence Field
This paper presents a complete reconstruction of the Standard Model of particle physics using the General Coherence Field Theory (GCFT), a unified framework in which all particles, forces, and spacetime phenomena emerge from structured dynamics within a single continuous scalar field, denoted~$\Xi$. Unlike conventional quantum field theory, which postulates discrete point particles and separate force mediators, GCFT models electrons, protons, mesons, and bosons as stable or transient resonance patterns in the $\Xi$-field. Mass arises from luxion compression; charge from phase winding; spin from field vortex topology; and interactions from coherence rupture and gradient tension, not quantized exchange. This work replaces the Standard Model chart with a resonance-based $\Xi$-field table and derives particle properties from field-topological recursion, compression thresholds, and coherence dynamics. It demonstrates falsifiable predictions including pre-decoherence coherence chirps, mass-gap violation signals in gravitational wave events, and reinterpretations of gauge symmetries as emergent stability constraints in the field. The framework unifies gravity, electroweak, and strong effects as expressions of a single field substrate, providing a physically grounded, ontologically minimal alternative to gauge theory. This paper is part of the ongoing GCFT series and builds on previous publications [Hacquier2025a, Hacquier2025b], extending the coherence field ontology to account for Standard Model phenomenology without force mediation, quantized collapse, or geometric curvature.
