GUVERNUL MOLDOVEI ÎN 1990–1997: STRUCTURA, ÎMPUTERNICIRI, POLITICA DE CADRE
Summary. The last government of Soviet Moldova was sent to resign already in May 1990. The new prime minister M.Druc aimed to drastically reduce the number of ministries and departments, reorganizing some of them into departments and services. In 1991, the President’s control over the Government was established. After V. Muravschi’s cabinet came to power, for unknown reasons, the secrecy of the Government’s activity increased. In 1992, the last union structures located on its territory came under Moldova’s control. In connection with the economic crisis, an attempt was made to reduce the number of ministries. After the success of PDAM in the 1994 elections, the positions of its leader, A. Sangheli, who obtained greater freedom in the process of selecting cadres, were also strengthened. The period of 1994–1996 is characterized by the struggle between the contradictory - centralist and decentralizing tendencies in the development of the state.Key word: ministries, departments, executive power, government
