Prototype of secondary processing tools and systems and protocol for the implementation (D5.12)

This deliverable describes different secondary food processing prototypes developed by the project, (centrifugation, filtration, and clarification; juicing, extraction and fortification; extrusion and baking) highlighting the prototype objectives, development activities, summary of results, prototype testing and validation, and arrangements for implementation and management of the project prototypes. This deliverable contains information that informs generation of guidelines (D4.10), practice abstracts (D6.5) and training materials (D5.1).
