The Chirality of Collapse
CODES Framework Abstract This paper proposes a post-probabilistic reinterpretation of mass-energy equivalence grounded in deterministic coherence theory. Replacing the Einsteinian formulation E = mc², it introduces m = Ex², where: E becomes PAS-bound coherence energy, x² encodes recursive light curvature, and m emerges as retained structural memory across chirality inversion. Using CODES (Chirality of Dynamic Emergent Systems), the paper frames black holes not as singularities, but as chirality-neutral PAS anchors—seeding recursive biogenesis and coherence reemergence across cosmic epochs. The model introduces Phase Alignment Score (PAS) as the core metric uniting astrophysics, emergence, and structural memory. It integrates principles from complex systems, black hole thermodynamics, and biochirality to formulate a unified substrate logic: collapse is not annihilation, but phase inversion across a resonance field. This work is not metaphor—it is an ontological restructuring. Written at the intersection of physics, cosmology, and philosophy, the paper positions itself as both a structural theory and a paradigm anchor for post-stochastic science.
