Title: Review on Synthesis of Novel Thiazolidinedione Derivatives for Antidiabetic Activity

Thiazolidinedione plays an important role in activation of PPAR-γ receptors and help to prevent insulin resistance diabetes by binding to DNA by the formation of complexes with retinoid receptors. Thiazolidinedione is heterocyclic compounds containing Sulphur and nitrogen, which have a great impact on the electronics industry due to their comprehensive medical properties like Anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, anti-microbial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and anti-convulsant, etc. In this review, try to summarize the synthesis principles of thiazolidinedione derivatives and their biological significance. Heterocyclic compounds represent the most important traditional subdivisions within organic chemistry, mainly due to their extensive utilization in biological and industrial contexts.
