[Exploratory Version] The Ontological Emergence of Fluctuations in Pure Time Theory [Exploratory Version]
Abstract (short version) This early formulation of the Pure Time Theory (PTT) originally described “fluctuations” of T_relax as intrinsic scalar-field variations seeding density, geometry, and physical laws. In the stabilized ontology of PTT Genesis vEN13, these dynamics are reinterpreted as discrete modal injections of type-1 modal mass and the subsequent behaviour of differentiated modal matter, entirely governed by their spectral composition encoded in the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function. T_relax is now defined as a passive scalar measure of the substrate’s geometry, recording rather than generating these processes. This updated version includes a preface aligning the original work with the final ontology, preserving it as a key historical step in the progressive deepening of PTT toward its purest origin.
