Understanding Student Support: A Comparative Study on the Evaluation of Office Student Affairs and Services Programs at San Isidro College
Colleges provide more than just academic instruction; they offer student support programs that guide learners throughout their personal and educational journeys. However, there is a lack of consistent, research-based evaluations that can help improve these programs and ensure they meet the evolving needs of students. Data were gathered through an online survey and analyzed using statistical tools to compare student experiences across three academic years. The findings demonstrate a consistent improvement in student satisfaction across the areas of student welfare, development, and institutional services over a three-year period. Significant changes were observed in how programs were managed and received, with some services demonstrating steady growth while others showed signs of stabilization. These results suggest that program enhancements were practical in the earlier years, but further efforts are needed to sustain momentum and address areas where growth has plateaued. The results underscore the importance of ongoing review, responsiveness, and innovation in delivering student affairs programs and services.
