Literature Review in Nurul Qornain Islamic School: Dynamics of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Motivation on OCB through Job Satisfaction
This study aims to examine in depth the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Using a qualitative approach based on systematic literature studies and bibliometric analysis, this study examines more than 50 national and international scientific articles published in the period 2013–2024. The literature was analyzed based on theoretical and empirical findings, to identify trends, keyword connectivity, and dominant authors and institutions in this field. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables have a positive relationship with OCB, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has been shown to play a major role in forming an inspiring work environment, while organizational culture and work motivation are reinforcements in creating loyalty and voluntary work behavior. Bibliometric analysis reveals that this topic has developed significantly in the field of educational management, especially in the context of higher education. This study recommends the need to strengthen the dimensions of job satisfaction as a bridge to improve OCB in the academic environment, especially in Islamic higher education institutions such as STIS Nurul Qomain Jember.
