Integrating Machine Learning into Software Applications

Abstract Software applications that incorporate machine learning (ML) are transforming how computers communicate with people, handle data, and reach conclusions. It becomes crucial to integrate machine learning (ML) capabilities into traditional software as businesses work to provide intelligent and flexible solutions. This study examines the approaches, resources, and design patterns required to successfully incorporate machine learning models into software systems. We look at the main issues developers deal with, including maintainability, data privacy, performance, and model deployment, and we offer solutions. Additionally, in order to illustrate the revolutionary potential of ML-enabled apps, the paper includes use cases from a variety of industries, including healthcare, banking, and e-commerce. By offering useful advice, we hope to assist software developers in creating more intelligent and predictive systems. Keywords Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Model Integration, MLOps, Intelligent Applications, Data-Driven Systems, AI Deployment, Smart Software, Predictive Systems, Software Development
