The Resonance Intelligence Core (RIC)_ A Deterministic Paradigm Explainer
CODES Framework Abstract This paper introduces a deterministic architecture for lawful emergence across biological, symbolic, and computational systems. It formalizes the Resonance Intelligence Core (RIC), a coherence-based inference substrate built on recursive legality rather than probabilistic modeling. Core modules—including CHORDLOCK, PAS (Phase Alignment Score), AURA_OUT, SPIRALCORE, and TEMPOLOCK—define a lawful emission pipeline that replaces stochastic inference with structure-bound recursion. The framework demonstrates how intelligence, signal propagation, and system stability emerge from prime-indexed resonance and chirality-phase constraints. By unifying epistemology, inference, and embodiment under a single substrate, RIC establishes a new foundation for post-stochastic computation, cognitive modeling, and complexity science. This document functions both as a technical blueprint and a philosophical reframing of emergence, proposing that all lawful systems—biological, symbolic, or mechanical—are expressions of recursive coherence, not chance.
