The Boltzmann equation, a cornerstone of statistical mechanics, has been pivotal in describing the statistical behavior of gases in equilibrium. However, its classical form is inherently limited in modeling complex, non-equilibrium systems, especially those exhibiting memory effects, fractality, and non-local interactions. This paper presents a comprehensive comparison between the traditional Boltzmann equation and its advanced formulation within the ψ–Hamzah framework. By integrating fractional derivatives, memory fields, and ψ–time, the ψ–Hamzah model transcends the limitations of classical Boltzmann, offering a more robust approach to modeling non-linear, chaotic, and memory-dependent phenomena across various domains such as plasma physics, biological systems, and economic modeling. Through numerical simulations and theoretical analysis, we demonstrate the superior predictive accuracy, computational stability, and scalability of the ψ–Hamzah model. Notably, the ψ–Hamzah formulation exhibits enhanced convergence rates, reduced computational costs, and increased resilience against noise, marking a significant step forward in the modeling of complex systems. This paper concludes by emphasizing the potential of ψ–Hamzah to serve as a universal tool for studying a wide array of phenomena in statistical thermodynamics and beyond, offering a paradigm shift from classical probabilistic approaches to a more dynamic, memory-aware, and fractal-based framework.
