Public Good Chain (PGC): A Web3-Driven Economic Framework for Global Care Systems and Digital Sovereignty
This white paper presents BTCBARBIEPH, a pioneering digital finance and care economy initiative led by Tisha Teves. The project integrates Web3 technologies, AI infrastructure, and a unique “Care Chain” governance model to empower women and communities in the Philippines and beyond. It introduces a fixed-value token system (₱100 per 1 BTCBARBIEPH), a physical and digital card integration system, and the BarbieCVEMirror cybersecurity stack in partnership with institutional frameworks. The paper also outlines a multi-sectoral roadmap, legal governance structure, digital identity verification, and policy alignment with ASEAN and global standards. Developed in partnership with Century Diamond Tower and Purdue University, the BTCBARBIEPH framework is designed to operate as a public goods token model—advancing inclusion, resilience, and innovation in emerging economies.
