Deliverable D5.2 - Plan for Exploitation and Dissemination of Results Release 2
The Deliverable D5.2 – ‘Plan for Exploitation and Dissemination of Results – Release II’ outlines the evolution, execution and forward-looking vision of the COOPERATE project’s communication, dissemination and exploitation activities. It builds on the initial strategy laid out in D5.1 (‘Plan for Exploitation and Dissemination of Results – Release I), translating it from a forward-looking plan into an evaluative and strategic roadmap at the conclusion of the project’s 30-month implementation. While D5.1 focused on planning and defining objectives, audiences, and tools, D5.2 assesses how these plans were operationalised, what outcomes were achieved, and what challenges emerged—particularly in engaging broader and more abstract audiences such as the general public. D5.2 is directly supported by D5.5, which presents the full record of actions taken, outputs produced, and performance against KPIs. Where D5.5 provides the factual base, D5.2 offers interpretation and strategic recommendations. The deliverable reflects on key lessons learned – ranging from the critical role of early stakeholder engagement in shaping conceptual clarity, and the need for setting realistic, impact-oriented KPIs. It provides concrete and actionable recommendations for the post-project exploitation of COOPERATE’s results. These include the development of a roadmap for scaling-up, a fit-for-purpose governance structure, the refinement of COOPERATE tools through user feedback, improved mechanisms for interconnecting ERA Hubs, and alignment with broader EU initiatives.
