This technical report presents a Modular Adaptive Intraoral Scan Reference System developed for improving the accuracy of intraoral digital scanning in implantology. The system features articulated segments with integrated scan-visible markers, dual-row architecture, elastic connectors for adjustable expansion, and optional composite fixation zones. The report includes detailed descriptions of the structure, use cases, and advantages of the system, supported by illustrations and functional examples. The system adapts to a variety of implant positions and arch geometries, addressing clinical limitations of soft tissue reflectivity and scan stitching errors. The invention described herein is protected under a Provisional Patent Application filed with the USPTO (May 2025).
