Exploring Employee Sentiments on Training and Development: Impacts on Performance

Abstract: This study examines how training and development might improve employee performance in the banking industry, with a particular emphasis on sentiment analysis. India's banking sector has been growing quickly, and businesses must adjust to meet the rising need for qualified workers. Employee efficiency, competitiveness, and alignment with changing market dynamics are all dependent on training and development. Using information gathered from Ahmedabad bank workers, the study investigates how training programs affect employee development and performance levels. The study also looks at how training initiatives affect workers' attitudes, which in turn affects how productive they are overall. This study uses sentiment analysis to shed light on how employees feel about the training and development initiatives that banks give. According to the results, training and development have a favourable correlation with employee mood, which raises job satisfaction and performance.
