Façade Project Execution Report: Southeast University Permanent Campus, Tejgaon, Dhaka

This technical report outlines the planning, coordination, and execution of the façade systems for the Southeast University Permanent Campus, Dhaka. Designed by Cubeinside Design Limited, the campus features a central vertical atrium, energy-efficient curtain walls, and passive ventilation strategies tailored for the urban climate. The report highlights prefabrication methodologies, BIM coordination, and the challenges of constructing a 600 sqm unsupported skylight at a height of 42.7 meters. As Deputy Manager of Façade Engineering at CHB Engineering Ltd., the author led the successful implementation of semi-unitized curtain walls, louvers, and glazing works across a 30,670 sqm campus area.
