Dynamic Decision Finance (DDF) and the A-SDSE Engine: Strategic Simulation Integration into DFAS
This working paper introduces Dynamic Decision Finance (DDF) and its foundational simulation architecture, the Alaali Strategic Decision Simulation Engine (A‑SDSE), as a novel corporate finance innovation within the Dynamic Financial Applied Science (DFAS) doctrine. DDF is the first formal framework in applied finance that integrates real‑time simulation, multi‑model fusion, and ESG‑sensitive stress testing for corporate strategic decision‑making. The A‑SDSE engine consolidates outputs from key DFAS models—such as A‑ICR, A‑CFVI, and AEVM—into an AI‑augmented simulation environment that aligns financial strategies with market‑driven and operational risk dynamics. The document discloses a conceptual formula while preserving all proprietary algorithms and calibration logic. It is released as a timestamped, original working paper for authorship documentation and future citation. Authored by Hasan Mohamed Husain Alaali (حسن محمد حسين العالي), this paper affirms the originality of DDF and A‑SDSE as independently developed intellectual contributions within the DFAS framework.
