Somatic Reconfiguration after Autonomic Collapse: A Spontaneous Realignment Phenomenon
This academic note explores a little-documented phenomenon of spontaneous somatic realignment occurring after complete autonomic breakdown. Based on direct observation and first-person phenomenology, it describes the reactivation of organic motion, unprompted structural releases (including diagonal joint decompressions), and the apparent autonomy of the body's readjustment mechanisms. This paper aims to inform researchers working on embodied cognition, fascia intelligence, trauma integration, and the neuroplastic responses of the human body after collapse.
