TUM Research Data Hub - Services and Challenges

The TUM Research Data Hub organizes its central infrastructure as a collaborative project between the University Library and the Munich Data Science Institute. The poster presents different training formats and counseling services for research projects and the specific challenges that arise with the needs of heterogeneous projects at TUM. It shows the development of the different services from the first days of research data management at the University Library to the inception of the Hub in 2023 and to the present date. In addition, the poster sheds a spotlight on two exemplary challenges, one from the side of the centrally provided services and one from the side of a data steward working in a large collaborative research project (TRR 356).
