Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within millerse/Amphibians-and-Reptiles-Predators-and-Prey.-Amphibians-and-Birds hash://md5/381b8fed27d0b91e849966c796391dbe
Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named millerse/Amphibians-and-Reptiles-Predators-and-Prey.-Amphibians-and-Birds, has fingerprint hash://md5/381b8fed27d0b91e849966c796391dbe, is 44.8KiB in size and contains 147 interactions with 1 unique type of association (e.g., preysOn) between 96 primary taxa (e.g., Gallus gallus) and 62 associated taxa (e.g., frog). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
