ATYPICAL FAMILY, HETEROTOPIA AND THE LABOR MARKET: DISSIDENTS AND VALUES
This research explores atypical families and their interaction with the labor market, in a context of increasing family diversity and social inclusion challenges. The problem focuses on the barriers faced by these families in the workplace and in the search for inclusion strategies. Using the giftedean neoperspectivist paradigm, which values human singularities, and the hypothetical-deductive method, a Narrative Bibliographic and Documentary Review was conducted. The results highlight significant barriers, such as discrimination and lack of inclusive policies. Gaps include the need for more empirical data and understanding of employers' perceptions. The research contributes insights for inclusive policies and future research.
