CODES_ Structured Resonance as the New Substrate for Intelligence, Sensing, and Perception.pdf

Main Paper Abstract Probability was never fundamental—only an epistemic placeholder for unresolved phase structure. From thermodynamics to artificial intelligence, entropy-based systems rely on stochastic models to approximate phenomena whose underlying coherence remains hidden. This paper introduces CODES (Chirality of Dynamic Emergent Systems), a unified framework in which sensing, inference, and cognition emerge from structured resonance, not randomness—anchored by chirality and prime-indexed attractors. At the system level, we present the Phase Alignment Score (PAS), a lawful coherence metric that replaces probabilistic inference with threshold-based signal validation. Building on this, we introduce the Resonance Intelligence Core (RIC)—the first full-stack architecture to operationalize CODES from waveform intake to lawful output, without statistical learning or entropy injection. Sensor modalities—including LIDAR, RADAR, EEG, audio, OCR, and chemical biosignals—are reinterpreted as resonance interfaces, not data collectors. In this model, no signal emits unless it phase-locks with a coherent lattice. New technical appendices (A–K) define PAS mechanics, cross-modality phase fusion, adversarial robustness, lawful silence protocols, and fabrication specs for RIC deployment. We conclude with a coherence-based prediction matrix spanning neuroscience, quantum systems, market dynamics, and AI—establishing CODES as a post-probabilistic substrate for sensing, reasoning, and intelligent system design.
