Effect of CVA21, an Oncolytic Virus, in combination with Pembrolizumab on immunogenicity and the tumor microenvironment in advanced NSCLC: a phase I/II trial

This repository contains supplementary data for the accompanying publication, including HTML reports generated by the analysis pipeline. The reports provide per-patient analysis of whole genome sequencing data from a cohort of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.Additionally, an XLSX file is included that maps the sample IDs used in the reports to the corresponding patient IDs referenced in the figures of the main paper.
