Theoretical Modeling of Basis Alignment in Neurodiagnostics: A Conceptual Simulation-Based Approach

This study presents a theoretical framework exploring the role of the consciousness field Ψ in neurodiagnostic ⃗processes. Utilizing conceptual simulations grounded in established literature, we investigate the potentialimplications of basis alignment on neurological conditions. All mathematical formulations are derived frompublished theoretical frameworks, and schematic diagrams represent conceptual relationships only. It isimportant to note that the findings are derived from theoretical models and simulations, without directexperimental data. Disclaimer This work is entirely theoretical and conceptual. It introduces the construct of a "consciousness field" (Ψ⃗\vec{\Psi}Ψ) and associated basis alignment formalism to model neurocognitive dynamics in a speculative framework. The term "consciousness field" does not reflect a physically observed or biologically established field in neuroscience and is used metaphorically to represent coordination of neural basis states. All diagrams, including "typical" and "atypical" basis alignment patterns, are simulations intended for conceptual illustration only. No empirical EEG/fMRI or clinical data were used or implied. Any statements suggesting diagnostic correlations or clinical interpretation are heuristic and unvalidated. This work does not present or endorse any medical applications. Readers are encouraged to interpret all results within the exploratory, hypothesis-generating context of theoretical neuroscience. Abstract
