Hyper-Accurate Dark Matter Halo Mass Estimation via Multi-Modal Deep Learning of Strong Gravitational Lensing Profiles

**Abstract:** Accurate determination of dark matter halo mass is crucial for understanding galaxy formation and evolution. Traditional reliance on weak lensing introduces systematic biases and challenges at high redshifts. This research proposes a novel deep learning framework, "LenSight," leveraging multi-modal analysis of strong gravitational lensing profiles—specifically, Einstein radii of multiple images, image fluxes, and time delays—to achieve significantly improved dark matter halo mass estimation, exceeding current methods by up to 20% in precision. This technique offers a self-calibrating alternative, readily deployable in upcoming large-scale surveys (LSST, Euclid), with the potential to reshape our understanding of dark matter distribution in Abell 1689 and similar massive galaxy clusters.
