A new medical platform
Abstract This work presents a modular systems architecture engineered to enable secure, local-first evaluation processes with optional remote synchronization. Designed by Travis Raymond-Charlie Stone, the framework combines a self-contained execution model with a lightweight, bidirectional communication protocol that enables stateful interaction between distributed participants. Prioritizing privacy, resilience, and adaptability, the architecture supports a range of use cases from medical evaluations to field diagnostics where autonomy and control are critical. By leveraging native desktop interfaces, trigger-based invocation, and optional envelope-based message exchange over HTTPS, this design offers a compelling alternative to cloud-reliant platforms. The system advances the field of decentralized intelligence by empowering local computation while preserving interoperability, auditability, and operational simplicity.
