ANALYSIS OF THE FALSE TWISTING PROCESS

The improvement of pneumatic-mechanical spinning machines producing high-quality yarn by pneumatic-mechanical means, with the aim of increasing the quality and reducing the cost of products manufactured in the textile and light industry, on a global scale requires the introduction of methods and means for eliminating factors that negatively affect the quality of products in the process of yarn spinning. The article theoretically studies the mechanism and process of false twisting, which affect the quality indicators of yarn obtained by the false twisting method. Also, the analysis of stopping and opening the false twisting device is conducted.
