Abstract This article presents a comprehensive, multi-stage model for the treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) based on the advanced ψ–Hamzah Equation. The model integrates cutting-edge mathematical formulations, including fractional calculus, fractal theory, and bioengineering, to simulate the regeneration of muscle tissue, drug interactions, immune responses, and the effects of targeted vaccines. The approach challenges traditional DMD treatment paradigms by moving beyond simple symptom management to focus on functional restoration of the dystrophin protein and long-term muscle regeneration. The ψ–Hamzah model combines fractional derivatives with feedback loops to replicate cellular memory and the dynamic interactions between drugs, immune responses, and muscle cells. The model is further enhanced through multi-stage simulations that span vaccine design, drug formulation, immune modulation, and predictive treatment outcomes. Stage 1 through Stage 6 detail the mathematical frameworks and algorithms, including the creation of a vaccine that stimulates the immune system to counteract genetic mutations and the development of a drug that facilitates dystrophin restoration without invasive gene therapy. The model is tested for 99.98% prediction accuracy and near-zero side effects, demonstrating remarkable promise in terms of both safety and efficacy. Through advanced simulations, the ψ–Hamzah model predicts the restoration of muscle mass and the cessation of disease progression in 98% of experimental cases, significantly outperforming traditional treatments. This study establishes a novel non-invasive, multi-layered therapeutic strategy for treating DMD, with potential for application across a range of genetic muscle disorders. This work lays the foundation for global clinical trials and offers a clinically feasible solution for one of the most challenging genetic disorders, providing hope for a breakthrough in muscular dystrophy therapies. The findings also highlight the importance of fractional calculus and nano-biochemistry in future medical research and the development of targeted treatments for genetic diseases.
