Ecological and Economical Aspects of Land Use Under Martial Law

The article substantiates the ecological and economic aspects of land use under martial law and the prospects for their restoration. The main environmental risks caused by hostilities, including soil degradation and land pollution, are analyzed. Ways to optimize the economic use of land resources in the post-war period are outlined, in particular the development of organic farming, the introduction of precision agriculture, and the use of alternative energy sources on degraded lands. Approaches to the economic assessment of environmental damage caused by military actions have been improved. The results of the study are aimed at improving land resource management to ensure environmental security, economic stimulation, and sustainable development of the country in the context of the environmental crisis caused by martial law.
