FAIR Samples: exploring research and sample data management best practices in place-based research
An overview of CDL UC3's and RSpace's joint EAGER grant #2433320, focused on end-to-end sample workflow facilitation through integration of tools that are used across the sample research lifecycle. This presentation overviews the areas of exploration of the 2-year grant, as well as the topics that are starting to emerge regarding interoperability, metadata and tool integration best practises.
