A Study on Work Life Balance of Female Employees Working in Private Colleges A Special Reference to Coimbatore City
The idea of work-life balance is growing more and more popular in India, particularly among female professionals. Maintaining stability while skilfully juggling the demands of both personal and professional life is the goal of work-life balance. Conflicts frequently occur when the demands of each function overlap since each role has its own set of expectations. In reality, personal and professional lives are closely related and have an impact on one another. Employers should understand that employee commitment is a critical factor in evaluating whether a company can maintain its competitiveness when developing work-life balance rules. A well-balanced existence for women entails allocating their time and energy to the main things that are most important to them. This study looks at the work environment in private sector colleges and how women employees feel about the work-life balance initiatives and rules that have been put in place. The effect of these actions on their personal and professional life is also examined. The study is to evaluate the degree of work-life balance among women employed by different educational establishments and its importance in improving their general productivity and well-being.
