Self-Efficacy: Students' belief in their own learning processes has a direct impact on academic achievement. These concepts contribute to the understanding of the differences between Generation Z and Alpha students and to an in-depth examination of the effects of the 10th Generation Z and Generation Alpha definitions. In this article, we are dealing with the 10th INTERNATIONAL STUDY OF THE CONCEPT OF EDUCATION - TEACHING AND THE IMPACT THAT IT HAS ON GENERATION Z AND GENERATION ALPHA STUDENTS, respectively. Generation Z includes individuals born between 1997 and 2012. This generation has a lifestyle intertwined with technology as they grew up in the digital world. The main characteristics of Generation Z are as follows: Integration with technology Confident and seeking independence. Abstract

In recent years, fundamental changes have been observed in the education system. In this context, the 10th INTERNATIONAL STUDY OF THE CONCEPT OF EDUCATION AND THE CONCEPTUALIZATION OF EDUCATION AND THE IMPACT THAT IT HAS ON GENERATION Z AND GENERATION ALPHA STUDENTS, respectively, involves crucial factors that shape learning processes. This transformation in education should be considered in relation to a number of concepts that affect both teaching methods and learning styles. Some of these concepts are listed below: Learning Styles: Each generation develops different learning preferences and styles.
