PROBLEMS IN MANAGING FIXED ASSETS OF THE COMPANY AND WAYS TO SOLVE THEM

Abstract The article analyzes key problems in the management of fixed assets of the company, such as physical and moral depreciation, accounting deficiencies, ineffective depreciation policy, high operating costs and insufficient investment in asset renewal. Their impact on financial indicators is considered and solutions are proposed to improve the efficiency of fixed assets, including accounting automation, depreciation optimization, outsourcing and leasing.
