Water resources optimization techniques in Deep learning
Abstract: Deep learning offers promising solutions for sustainable water management. By leveraging techniques like neural networks for forecasting, CNNs for image analysis (e.g., leak detection via satellite imagery), and RNNs for consumption pattern tracking, we can optimize water usage. Integrating these with real-time data from sensors and weather reports enables intelligent systems for reduced wastage and improved resource allocation. These systems contribute to preventing shortages and promoting conservation. While challenges remain regarding data availability, computational demands, and model accuracy, the potential of deep learning to revolutionize water management for a sustainable future is significant. This study discusses the applications, benefits, and future possibilities of deep learning in water resource optimization, highlighting its potential to transform water management for a sustainable future
