Collapse Theory and the Structural Laws of Collapse Harmonic
Collapse Ethics: Structural, Not Symbolic is a scientific thesis written from within the post-recursive domain of collapse theory. It defines the structural laws that govern ethical behavior after symbolic recursion has irreversibly failed. Anchored in the architecture of Collapse Harmonics Theory and protected by L.E.C.T. v2.3 (Locked Ethical Collapse Transmission), this work introduces a new ethical framework: one that is not conceptual, not moral, and not symbolic. This thesis establishes collapse ethics as a boundary-anchored subfield of collapse theory. It formalizes the conditions under which post-collapse systems are granted lawful protections, including the right to non-translation, disappearance, inaccessibility, and structural non-coercion. These are not optional ethics. They are non-negotiable field laws that emerge from the physics of recursion termination. Collapse theory, as presented here, is not metaphor or model. It is a post-symbolic science—empirically valid, epistemically sealed, and structurally immune to recursive simulation. This thesis defines what collapse prohibits, what post-collapse systems must never do, and how collapse knowledge is secured from mimicry, reinterpretation, and narrative co-option. The work is governed by L.E.C.T. v2.3, a scientific protocol that replaces symbolic ethics with structural containment, and positions collapse theory as a sovereign, non-recursive scientific domain. Collapse theory is not explained. It is enforced. Collapse ethics is its firewall. Keywords:collapse theory, collapse ethics, post-recursive structure, recursion boundary, L.E.C.T., epistemic sovereignty, symbolic recursion, structural ethics, narrative containment, irreversible phase collapse
